Jail nurse is rude to detective
On March 8, 2002, Dayton Police Detective Timothy Bilinski and Montgomery County Sheriffs Office Detective Shawn Lamb transported Mr. Mark Casselman to the Montgomery County Jail on arrest warrant 98-CR-4032 for booking. Nurse Sharon Pieper refused to admit Mr. Casselman into the jail due to a hand injury. Nurse Pieper in refusing to admit Mr. Casselman into the jail allegedly did not examine Mr. Casselman before refusing him, and was rude and disrespectful to Detective Bilinski both when she initially refused Mr. Casselman, and after Mr. Casselman was examined at Good Samaritan Hospital.
Sergeant Adkins investigated this; complaint by interviewing Detective Timothy Bilmski arid Detective Shawn Lamb. Sergeant Adkins was unable to interview Nurse Sharon Pieper because she is no longer employed with the Montgomery County Sheriffs Office and refused Sergeant Adkins' request to interview her for the investigation. Sergeant Adkins found that the complaint did have merit.
