Corrections officer locks fellow officer in cell and sexually harasses inmate
On Sunday, July 6, 2003, at approximately 0700 hours, Corrections Officer Gary Doss was assisting Corrections Officer Jonathan Skidmore on the third floor of the Montgomery County Jail. It is alleged that while Officer Doss was in cell W-3-2, Officer Skidmore intentionally closed the two security gates, locking Officer Doss inside the cell with several inmates. After telling Officer Doss that he was kidding around, Officer Skidmore opened the security gates allowing Officer Doss to exit the cell.
Officer Doss also observed a package of feminine napkins under a sheet of paper at the third floor workstation. When Officer Doss asked Officer Skidmore why the feminine napkins were there. Officer Skidmore allegedly said he gave the feminine napkin to a male inmate for complaining, because he wanted soap.
