On January 29, 2002, a Truancy Hearing was held at Meadowdale High School for Tiffany Hall. Deputy Kent Saunders allegedly referred to the student as a whore and a tramp during the hearing.

Sheriff's employees engage in inappropriate car chase

Case Number: 

On Wednesday, January 16, 2002, Huber Heights Police Department pursued a vehicle driven by a bank robbery suspect through Harrison Township. Captain Brad Faulkner, Deputy Douglas Gearhart, and Deputy Kent Saunders allegedly participated in the pursuit. The pursuit allegedly did not meet the criteria for Sheriff's Office personnel to participate in it.

Deputies unlawfully enter a residence

On Tuesday, August 12, 2003, at approximately 1300 hours, Detective Kent Saunders was at 1803 Palisades Drive conducting a burglary investigation with Ms. Quartitia Knight. Ms. Knight walked to 1806 Palisades Drive and asked Mr. Jimmy Thompson if he told Detective Saunders that she stole his video game unit. Ms. Knight suddenly returned to Detective Saunders, who was still at her apartment, and told Detective Saunders that Mr. Thompson had a gun in his hand.

Deputy involved in his own domestic dispute

On Saturday, May 17, 2003, at approximately 2145 hours, at 114 B Turner Road, Deputy Kent Saunders was involved in a domestic dispute with Ms. LaQuinna Ford. A 9-1-1 call was made from the residence to the Sheriff's Office Communications Center.
